Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavior concerns and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA interventions to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.
• Monitor and analyze client progress through regular data collection and evaluation.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, therapists, and medical staff, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Advocate for clients and families by assisting them in accessing resources and services.
• Stay current with research and trends in the field of ABA to ensure best practices are utilized.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
