We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team as a Clinical Director. Our agency has AHCA approval, and we are in the process of expanding our services and applying for provider status.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA looking to grow with a company from the ground up, take on a leadership role, and build a strong caseload over time. We already have de AHCA approvedand are looking .

We can guarantee a minimum of 15 hours per week to start. As the agency continues to grow, all incoming cases will be prioritized and assigned to the Clinical Director (BCBA), allowing for a significant increase in hours and caseload over time.

Position Details:

- Clinical Director role

- Flexible schedule

- Initial caseload available (with opportunity for growth)

- Provider application will be submitted under the BCBA’s license

Compensation Options (choose one):

Option 1:

- $1,000 monthly administrative fee (until provider approval)

- After approval: $90 per hour based on cases

Option 2:

- $95 per hour based on cases

- No monthly fee

Requirements:

- Active BCBA certification

- NPI (Type 1 required)

- AHCA Level 2 background screening

- W-9

- Resume

- Proof of supervision agreement (if applicable)

Preferred:

- Experience working with pediatric ABA cases

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Role Commitment & Expectations:

- Minimum commitment of one (1) year in the Clinical Director role

- In the event of resignation or transition, the BCBA must provide sufficient notice and remain active until a suitable replacement is secured to ensure continuity of care and compliance
