Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to work at our school in Morgan Hill, CA.

Job Details: RBT will be responsible for providing behavioral support for students in both general education and special education settings. They will be expected to work with the students, interact and assist as needed, and should be open to receiving direction from the teacher and other support staff in the classroom. It is a collaborative, interactive assignment, while also taking data.

• Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Grade: Elementary
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 4, 2026 ( There is strong possibility of contract extension for the next school year)
• Total hours per week: 32.5 hrs. - 40 hours/week
