Now Hiring: Group Facilitator – ASAM 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program

Our organization is seeking a dynamic Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups within our ASAM 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment but brings creativity, presence, and connection into the group space.


Position Overview:
As a Group Facilitator, you will lead one structured group per day using our established, evidence-based curriculum. Each session is fully supported with outlined topics, interventions, and materials—allowing you to focus on what matters most: engaging participants and driving real change.


Beyond facilitation, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical and operational integrity of the program through documentation, care coordination, and client support services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging, therapeutic groups using company-provided curriculum (topics, interventions, worksheets, and supplies)
  • Create a safe, supportive, and interactive environment that promotes recovery and accountability
  • Complete timely and compliant group progress notes
  • Support Individual Service Plan (ISP) development and updates
  • Conduct drug screenings in accordance with program protocols
  • Assist with quality care coordination and communication with the treatment team
  • Complete quarterly reports and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
  • Participate in chart maintenance and audits to ensure compliance
