Resident Care Coordinator (Leadership Role) – $50K–$60K + Bonuses | Roseville, MI

We are hiring a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to run care operations inside a high-performance assisted living community.

If you can manage staff, handle families, and keep a building running smoothly under pressure—keep reading.

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Running caregiver schedules (no gaps, no chaos)
  • Managing and training care staff
  • Ensuring top-tier resident care daily
  • Auditing medication carts + compliance
  • Communicating with families (high trust, no surprises)
  • Hiring, coaching, and firing staff when needed

  • Fully staffed building (no missed shifts)
  • Zero medication errors
  • Strong, reliable care team
  • Families trust you and stop calling leadership

Compensation

  • $50,000 – $60,000 base
  • Performance bonuses tied to staffing + care quality

Requirements (Strict)

  • CNA + MedTech + CPR Certified
  • 3+ years assisted living experience
  • MUST have managed staff before
