REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (Clinic) (Certified Only)

Our mission is to provide holistic, genuine behavior intervention services to children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our intentions are to offer overall support to the families of children with autism and to educate the community about the disorder. Our professional expertise is combined with patience, love and respect for the needs of each patient.

DESCRIPTION OF RBT POSITION

We are seeking a passionate and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). LOCATION

Our clinic is located near the beautiful historic downtown Fairburn, Ga. We do not provide in home services.

POTENTIAL SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention programs for children with autism.
• Participate in comprehensive training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), child development, and data collection techniques.
• Collaborate closely with a BCBA for ongoing supervision and support.
• Observe and accurately record child behaviors using electronic devices.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisory staff and team members.
