We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with autism. By implementing evidence-based ABA interventions, the RBT will help foster positive behavioral changes, promote skill development, and enhance the overall quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide direct intervention
- Collect data on client progress
- Assist with the generalization of skills to the natural environment
- Participate in team meetings
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current RBT certification (REQUIRED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
