Beaming Kids ABA is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our growing team! We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and developmental delays. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties
Below you will find some characteristics of the activities required
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Therapists.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and program adjustments.
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Complete clinical documentation
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification (in good standing) with 2+ years operating as a BCBA preferred.
- Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure as required by state law prior to providing billable services.
- Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Experience with assessment tools required.
- Must have reliable transportation, including the ability to travel to assigned client residences as required.
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on client assignment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
