Role: Psychiatric and Pediatric Nurse

Shifts: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments, manage patient milieu, de-escalate behavioral crises, administer medications, and provide holistic nursing care tailored to various ages and developmental capacities.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing required; applicants enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and planning to complete within five years will also be considered.

Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.

BLS CPR certification required.

Minimum of one year of RN experience. Preferred pediatric experience in psychiatric, mental health, or related inpatient care.

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
