Behavior Technician

What You'll Do

As an ABA Therapist, you will provide 1:1 in-home therapy services to children and individuals with ASD under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions based on each client's treatment and behavior plan
• Building positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Implementing behavior management techniques as directed by the supervising BCBA
• Accurately collecting session data and communicating notable findings to the clinical team
• Maintaining professionalism, reliability, and flexibility across a diverse caseload

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with young children and individuals with special needs, including physical engagement during sessions
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled hours

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply : Mandarin, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and other languages are a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
