Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to promote meaningful progress.   • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent intervention across settings.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques tailored for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities in clinical or educational settings.
  • Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment adjustments effectively.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation practices, and medical records management.
  • Ability to conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures with precision.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.
