Liftoff ABA is a BCBA-led ABA agency committed to delivering high-quality, individualized services to children with autism. We accept nearly all major insurances and currently have no waitlist, allowing for immediate case assignment and strong clinical impact.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and clinically strong BCBA to oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and support client progress. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a growing caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families and provide parent training
• Ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
