Job Summary:
At Intellistars ABA, we are passionate about providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality behavioral therapy services to children in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs to promote positive behavior change in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

• Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across all environments

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices

Requirements:

• A certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (e.g., autism, behavioral therapy)

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
