Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by applying evidence-based practices in behavioral therapy, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Duties

  • Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Conduct intake assessments and participate in ongoing patient care planning to support behavioral health goals

Qualifications

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
  • Excellent patient assessment skills and the ability to design effective intervention strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage clients’ families and team members
