An opportunity is available for a skilled Social Worker specializing in school-based support within a Bronx, NY school setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs to develop individual support plans
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address challenges affecting academic performance and personal development

- Connect students and families with community resources and external support services as needed
