Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker specializing in acute care settings to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive social work services to patients experiencing urgent and complex medical conditions, ensuring they receive the support, counseling, and resources necessary for optimal recovery and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in behavioral health, patient assessment, and clinical counseling, with experience working in inpatient or hospital environments. Shift: M - F 8:30 am to 5 pm
Contract: 13 weeks
Requirements:
Must have CA State Social Worker License
Minimum 2 years of Social Worker experience.
Must have Hospice experience.
