Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant / LCSW

Gervino Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support a unique, medically driven behavioral health model.

• Provide ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases
• Conduct assessments, follow-ups, and medication management (non-controlled)
• Maintain clear, defensible documentation tied to patient condition and incident impact
• Utilize Jane EHR for charting and scheduling
• Deliver virtual care with flexibility and autonomy
  
  

• Care is medically driven and necessity-based (not volume-based)
• Documentation may be used in legal settings, including potential depositions
• Strong emphasis on accuracy, clarity, and compliance
• No ADHD stimulants or controlled substances prescribed
• Must adhere to all state-specific regulations
  
  

Licensed NP or PA in one or more of the following states:

• New York (urgent need)
• Georgia
• Texas (Spanish required)
• Massachusetts
• Tennessee
• Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Open to testifying based on clinical documentation if needed
• Background or interest in behavioral health preferred

Compensation is based on services performed (CPT codes), including:

• Psychiatric evaluations
