Jade Behavioral Consultants Full-Time | In-Person | Residential Setting $100,000 – $115,000 annually

At Jade Behavioral Consultants, we support children and adolescents with autism and related disorders in residential home settings. Our mission is to build independence, meaningful life skills, and long-term success through compassionate, evidence-based ABA.

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a real-life impact in a structured residential environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential BCBA, you will:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)

Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans and skill acquisition programming

Embed programming into daily living routines within the home environment

Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and residential staff across shifts

Offer proactive crisis support and behavior reduction strategies

Monitor data trends, adjust programming, and ensure measurable clinical progress

Collaborate closely with clinical psychologists, nurses, administrators, and fellow BCBAs to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.

Each BCBA is assigned to one residential home, allowing for a focused caseload and deeper clinical involvement with clients and staff.

Why This Role Stands Out

100% Regional Center funded — no insurance billing

On-site role with no travel between clients

Small, focused caseload (one home per BCBA)

Primarily daytime schedule (8–5) with occasional PM/NOC supervision

Strong multidisciplinary collaboration

Dedicated administrative support for scheduling and documentation

What You Bring

Active BCBA certification

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

5+ years of BCBA experience (residential experience preferred)

Strong skills in DTT, NET/NATS, and functional communication training

Experience supervising staff and managing behavior in dynamic settings
