Licensed LCSW / LMFT – Full-Time Hybrid Role

$54–$63 per Session

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing private practice in a hybrid position serving clients both in-office (Covina, CA) and via secure telehealth.

This role is ideal for a clinician who wants the structure and stability of a steady caseload within a professional practice — without the burden of marketing, billing, or administrative management.

What You’ll Receive

• Full-time caseload (minimum 30+ clinical hours per week)

Compensation

• $54 per follow-up session
• $63 per initial assessment
• Productivity-based structure
• Credentialing required prior to start (may take up to 3 months)

Qualifications

• Active California LCSW or LMFT license (required)
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or children
• Strong understanding of DSM and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Professional, dependable, and committed to quality clinical care

Most sessions are currently conducted via secure telehealth, with dedicated office space available for in-person sessions in Covina.
