Patient Services Representative – Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
We are an expanding specialty medical practice seeking a caring, energetic, and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our growing team. This role is central to delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting smooth daily operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with excellent customer service
- Manage scanning, faxing, and document processing
- Support general front office and administrative operations as needed
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service or healthcare office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy medical office environment
- Attention to detail and comfort with administrative systems
- Team-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused mindset
