Part-Time or Full-Time Therapist (LCSW, CSW, ACMHC)

Ogden, Utah | In-Person

We are a growing group practice rooted in meaningful, relational work. We specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, body image, eating disorders, and life transitions.

This role is for the therapist who wants to go beyond surface-level therapy—someone who values both clinical skill and the art of being with people.

ACT, IFS, ERP, mindfulness-based approaches

Enjoy working with body image, eating disorders, anxiety, and identity work

The Work

Provide individual therapy to teens (12+) and adults

Maintain a consistent caseload

Complete documentation in a timely manner

Participate in consultation and/or supervision

Hold ethical, attuned, and client-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

$50–$60 per clinical hour (based on experience)

Flexible scheduling

Referral stream provided

$500/year continuing education stipend

$150 self-care stipend (based on clinical goals)
