Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Receptionist – Integrated Medical Clinic

$24–$26 per hour | 37 hrs/week | Westwood, Los Angeles

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (37 hours/week total)

What You’ll Do:

• Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism and compassion.
• Answer and route phone calls accurately and promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out, collect payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and organize patient charts and required paperwork.
• Support providers with coordination of care and communication.
• Manage incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
• Assist with internal office projects and patient outreach as needed.

• At least 1 year of medical front office or receptionist experience
