Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on therapeutic techniques and data collection methods
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards
- Facilitate intake assessments for new clients to establish personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s goals
Requirements
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant credentials
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies
- Proficiency in data collection tools, medical terminology, and electronic health records management
- Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and secure handling of medical records
