Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on therapeutic techniques and data collection methods
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards
• Facilitate intake assessments for new clients to establish personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s goals

Requirements

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant credentials
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies
• Proficiency in data collection tools, medical terminology, and electronic health records management
• Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and secure handling of medical records

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
