: Care Manager - ED

Pay Range:$47.53-$67.90 Per Hr
Description
This role involves managing care for patients in an Emergency Department setting.
The position requires onsite presence and involves coordinating care, reviewing utilization, and planning discharges.
Applicants should have a strong background in healthcare management and be proficient in general computer technology.
Requirements
Minimum of five years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning.
Computer literacy.
RN license required.
Healthcare management experience.
Qualifications
RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the county of New York.
Baccalaureate degree required.
PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Bilingual Spanish Certification in Case Management preferred.
