Your Role:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first and lasting impression of Limitless. You’ll manage scheduling, support billing and insurance processes, and ensure that every person who interacts with our team experiences clarity, ease, and encouragement. You’ll also support internal communications and outreach to keep our community strong and growing.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Greet and guide patients through phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Keep schedules efficient and running smoothly
  • Verify insurance, complete authorizations, and audit charts for accuracy
  • Support billing, documentation, and internal systems
  • Assist with internal marketing and patient engagement
  • Participate actively in staff meetings and team collaboration

You’re a strong candidate if you:

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or admin
  • Hold an Associate's degree or higher in a related field
  • Are confident with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can stay organized, focused, and upbeat in a fast-paced setting
  • Pay attention to the details—because they matter to people’s care
  • Have worked in a medical office or have healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Understand the basics of insurance, billing, or medical authorizations (preferred)
