Behavior Interventionist TeacherQUALIFICATIONSExperience with picture communication systems and/or augmentative communication devices.Ability to pass and utilize therapeutic crisis intervention training provided by RCS.Meets all health, physical and background-check requirements.Hold a current Tennessee Teaching Certificate preferred.Have both training and successful experience working with students with moderate to severe behavioral problems.Must have successful training and/or experience working with students with Autism.Understand Federal, State and local regulations regarding the identification, placement and discipline of students with disabilities.Strong Interpersonal skills & ability to work effectively with a wide range of people (i.e., students, school administrators, teachers, other professionals in the school and community, support staff, parents, etc.)Strong written and verbal presentation skillsPlease see attached job description**
