A BCBA is a master’s-level clinician who designs and oversees behavior analysis programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments)
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Train and supervise RBTs and other staff
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals (teachers, therapists)
- Ensure ethical and professional standards are followed
- BCBA licence
Job Insights
BCBAs in this role will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations, supervising RBTs and behavior technicians, providing parent training, and traveling between schools, client homes, and clinic settings. Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and have reliable transportation, as local travel is required.
These roles are available as either full-time employee or contractor positions, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
