Pay Rate: $26/hr
Schedule: 7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Virtual Care Coordinator for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance, peer reviews, and trend analysis for telehealth programs
• Conduct monthly meetings with leadership on virtual care metrics and workflows
• Triage and assign virtual monitoring cases and manage patient eligibility tracking
• Monitor real-time patient data for clinical changes, safety risks, and escalations
• Support telehealth platforms and troubleshoot system or workflow issues
• Document clinical observations, interventions, and operational reports
• Train staff on telehealth workflows, EMR systems, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with clinical teams, IT partners, and vendors on workflow improvements
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy during virtual care delivery
• Submit shift reports and maintain operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care experience required
• 2+ years telehealth or remote monitoring experience required
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to identify clinical risks and escalate appropriately
• Familiarity with telehealth workflows and virtual care systems
