Client Care Manager/Scheduling

Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Client Care Manager/Scheduler to join our team. This is a vital position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and providing professional, empathetic customer service.
• Taking on-call duties one full week every three weeks (rotation)(+on call bonus).
• Building and maintaining accurate client schedules.
• Acting as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and families to ensure clear and effective communication regarding care coordination and scheduling.
• Ensuring all client shifts are filled timely and appropriately—no shift should go uncovered.
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
• Managing caregiver compliance, including non scheduled absences, track and coordinate caregiver compliance.
• Working as a caregiver when needed.
• Upholding and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Proven experience in a customer service or management role, preferably in homecare or healthcare.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in computer, internet, email, and phone use.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,400.00 - $50,560.00 per year
