Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Client Care Manager/Scheduler to join our team. This is a vital position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and providing professional, empathetic customer service.
- Taking on-call duties one full week every three weeks (rotation)(+on call bonus).
- Building and maintaining accurate client schedules.
- Acting as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and families to ensure clear and effective communication regarding care coordination and scheduling.
- Ensuring all client shifts are filled timely and appropriately—no shift should go uncovered.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Managing caregiver compliance, including non scheduled absences, track and coordinate caregiver compliance.
- Working as a caregiver when needed.
- Upholding and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
- Proven experience in a customer service or management role, preferably in homecare or healthcare.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in computer, internet, email, and phone use.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- CNA certification preferred but not required.

Pay: $46,400.00 - $50,560.00 per year
