Our team of compassionate professionals are united by one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family we serve.POSITION OVERVIEWDragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate and reliable part-time Behavior Technicians(BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) to provide after school center services to children on the autism spectrum. Technicians will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are patient, energetic, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide 1:1 ABA therapy, in our Melville center, to children following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBACollect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisionsBuild strong, positive relationships with clients and families Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standardsParticipate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skillsDragonfly Cares provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or any other protected status.
