The Role: Master of Service & Installation

We’re looking for a well-rounded Service Plumbing professional who can do it all—from diagnosing complex issues to leading major installations.

You’re just as confident tracking down a mystery leak as you are running a full-home repipe. You bridge the gap between expert diagnostics, consultative sales, and high-level execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Expert Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
You’re not a parts changer—you’re a problem solver. You diagnose residential and light commercial plumbing issues and provide long-term, effective solutions.

Consultative Sales & Communication
You educate customers, build trust, and guide them toward the best solutions for their home or property.

High-Level Installations
From whole-home repipes (PEX/Copper) to sewer replacements and advanced water treatment systems—you lead major jobs with confidence.

Mastery of the Trade
Every job—big or small—is completed to the highest standard and in full compliance with Florida Building Code.

Professional Documentation
You use ServiceTitan to keep clear, accurate records so the office and customer are always informed.
