Job Description

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Location:

Cordova / East Memphis, TN

Setting: In-Clinic | Full-Time

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonuses + $3,000 Sign-On

A growing, privately owned ABA clinic is opening a brand-new location in Cordova, TN, serving children ages 18 months to 6 years old with autism in a collaborative, in-clinic setting.

This is a rare opportunity to get in early at a new center, help build a caseload, and play a key role in shaping clinical quality and team culture from the ground up.

If you’re looking for more than just a job and want visibility into the business side of ABA, along with real clinical autonomy, this is worth a conversation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, etc.)
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Analyze progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide weekly parent training and updates
  • Supervise RBTs and interns in-center
  • Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain a high-quality program
  • Coordinate care with in-house Speech and OT providers
  • Manage insurance authorizations and clinical documentation
  • Maintain a manageable caseload (8–12 clients)
  • Target 25 billable hours per week

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with lunch break)
  • 100% in-clinic

What Sets This Role Apart

  • Be part of launching a new clinic from the ground up
  • Work directly with ownership and leadership
  • Strong interdisciplinary model with Speech and OT onsite
  • Support from a Director of Clinical Quality + ongoing CEUs
  • Tight-knit, clinician-focused environment, not a corporate churn model

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills
  • Experience with early intervention preferred
  • Ability to be physically active (lifting, floor work, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Benefits

  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • PTO + Paid Holidays
  • Bonus opportunities tied to performance
  • Professional development support
  • Ongoing clinical mentorship and training

Why This Role?

You’ll have the opportunity to help build something from the ground up, influence clinical standards, and work in a setting where your voice actually matters. This is ideal for a BCBA who wants growth, stability, and impact without getting lost in a large corporate structure.
