The focus will be on disposition planning, individual treatment contacts, brief therapy, treatment planning, and conducting groups on the unit. The daily patient census ranges from 55 to 65 patients, with a total of 73 beds available. The candidate will be responsible for care coordination, conducting intake and admission screenings, and documentation of care delivery. Additionally, the role involves discharge planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and patient education. Candidates should have experience working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Experience with performing bio-psychosocial assessments and documenting patient responses is essential. Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and the ability to provide crisis intervention is required.
