Community Interface Services is hiring Full-Time Independent Living Resource Counselors to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence. This support could look like:Teaching essential independent living skills such cooking, cleaning, home maintenance, budgeting, etc.Supporting individuals who live independently through regular check-insConnecting people with community resources and servicesCollaborating with local housing agencies and community partnersPromoting self‑advocacy, confidence, and meaningful community involvementThis role is hands‑on, relationship‑focused, and essential to improving the quality of life for those we serve. Since we support individuals within their own home or their community, there is expected travel within the Oceanside to San Marcos area.
