Therapist Responsibilities
· Provide individual, group, and family counseling
· Diagnose substance use disorders under supervision of a fully licensed clinician
· Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
· Participate in aftercare planning and outcomes tracking
· Use evidence-based practices in all clinical services
· Assist with curriculum development, literature review, and training as needed
· Attend clinical meetings, supervision, and professional development sessions
· Perform additional duties as assigned
In addition to fulfilling all responsibilities of a Primary Therapist, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for oversight of clinical operations, staff support, and program integrity. Clinical Supervisor reports to the Clinical Director and is required to adhere to all Federal and State regulations, and ethical guidelines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Clinical Oversight & Client Monitoring
- Review client attendance on a weekly basis
- Monitor relapse trends, recurrence, and clinical risk, and support appropriate clinical decision-making.
- Provide client de-escalation and crisis intervention as clinically indicated.
Program Operations & Leadership
- Serve as the lead clinician and primary point of contact during evening programming.
- Provide real-time oversight of daily operations within the facility, including programming runs as scheduled.
- Assist with conflict resolution as needed to support a collaborative and professional work environment.
Documentation & Compliance
- Conduct regular chart audits by reviewing electronic health record reports for incomplete or non-compliant documentation.
- Audit intake assessments and admission documentation, informing therapists of any deficiencies and required corrections.
Team Coordination & Supervision
- Lead or co-lead Clinical Management (CM) meetings as needed.
- Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and support to therapists to ensure adherence to treatment standards and best practices.
- Provide staff training and in-service education as needed, including topics related to clinical quality, compliance, and program expectations.
Administrative & Staffing Support
- Assist with maintaining staff files in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Support the hiring process, including participation in interviews, onboarding, and orientation as needed.

Qualifications
· Active CADC, LCADC, LCSW, LPC
· Master’s degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
· 2+ years of experience working with adults in a substnce use treatment setting
· Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills
· Commitment to trauma-informed, ethical, client-centered care

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
