Well Being Therapy Center is seeking a skilled, warm, and reliable licensed therapist to join our modern, growing group practice. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to build additional hours over time.

This role is ideal for a therapist who wants to do meaningful clinical work without the pressure of managing a business or building a caseload from scratch.

Position Details

• Part-time position with opportunity to grow hours over time
• In-person sessions in our Montville and/or Short Hills office
• Some virtual sessions based on client needs
• Evening availability required (at least 2 weekday evenings)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial client assessments
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed therapy
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
• Offer honest, direct feedback in a supportive, nonjudgmental way

• Accurately assesses client needs and develops effective treatment strategies
• Is warm, caring, and highly attuned to client experience
• Communicates clearly and provides thoughtful, honest feedback
• Is dependable, professional, and punctual

Requirements

• NJ Licensed: LCSW or LPC
• Availability for at least 2 weekday evenings
• Experience with at least two of the following: children, teens, families, couples
• Experience treating at least one of the following: anxiety, depression, eating disorders
• Strong reliability and professionalism

Additional certifications or specialty areas are a plus.
