About the Practice:
At Madelyn Reilly Counseling, LLC, we provide a compassionate, empowering environment where individuals and families can begin a journey toward healing, balance, and joy. Our growing, multidisciplinary practice specializes in addiction recovery, disordered eating, and family systems work. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we tailor care to each person’s unique needs.

We support families while their loved ones are admitted to higher levels of care to ensure readiness and confidence to support their loved one upon completion of treatment.

A key part of our approach includes body-positive, trauma-informed dietetics and nutrition therapy. Our Registered Dietitians (RDs) collaborate with Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to provide wrap-around care, supporting both the emotional and physical aspects of recovery. Together, they help clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food, navigate disordered eating or ARFID, and develop sustainable habits aligned with their values. Collaboration is at the heart of our work—within our team, with families, and alongside other providers.

We view each client within their unique context, embracing every definition of “family.” We believe that strengthening individuals strengthens families, and strengthening families strengthens communities. We accept a variety of insurance plans including Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, and others.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team to support clients that need accommodation for weekend hours. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with individuals affected by substance use, disordered eating, or related family systems issues. Must be team oriented, and willing to work with and learn from other clinical disciplines. This is a flexible, part-time role with opportunities to grow a caseload based on availability and clinical fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients referred within the practice scope
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and insurance requirements
  • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the practice owner as needed
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards as defined by your licensing board and applicable law
  • Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
  • Participate in occasional case consultations (optional, but encouraged)

Requirements:

  • Active LPC/LCSW/LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Availability for weekend hours virtual or in person Friday-Sunday
  • Experience or strong interest in working with addictions, disordered eating, and/or family systems
  • Must carry own professional liability insurance
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the practice’s mission and values
  • Availability to hold a minimum of 5-10 client sessions per week to start

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, IFS, etc.)
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and/or EMRs (we use Zoom).
  • Credentialed with insurances (or willing to undergo credentialing)

Benefits of Joining:

  • Flexible schedule and autonomy in your clinical work
  • Steady stream of referrals
  • Admin and billing support
  • Optional peer consultation and support from a like-minded clinician
  • Opportunity to learn from different clinical disciplines

To Apply:
Please send your resume, a brief cover letter detailing your clinical interests and experience, and proof of licensure and insurance to madelynreilly@mr-counseling.com.
