Requirements

Full CASAC certification
Organizational and communication skills for effective interaction
Critical thinking and sound judgment skills
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral or social sciences with 1 year of relevant experience
Associate’s degree in behavioral or social sciences with 2 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma with 3 years of paid experience in the field

Qualifications

Experience in drug rehabilitation or related service delivery system
Ability to work with clients to improve life choices
Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic needs of clients
Experience in crisis intervention
Ability to adhere to ethical standards
