Job Summary
A growing medical wellness and aesthetics organization is seeking a Local Sales Patient Care Coordinator for an on-site position. This role is ideal for someone with strong consultative sales, client relationship, or high-ticket service sales experience who knows how to build trust, understand client needs, and guide people toward the right solution.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will work directly with clients in person, support the consultation experience, help coordinate treatment recommendations, and contribute to revenue growth through ethical, needs-based sales.
Full training is provided on services, consultation flow, systems, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients through the in-person consultation process
- Build rapport and understand each client’s goals, concerns, and preferences
- Recommend appropriate services and treatment plans based on client needs
- Clearly explain pricing, packages, membership options, and financing/payment options
- Support clients through decision-making in a professional, non-pushy manner
- Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and follow-up records in CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate with the local team to ensure a smooth client experience from consultation through service
- Meet individual and location performance goals related to conversion, client satisfaction, and revenue
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, inside sales, patient coordination, client advisory, membership sales, luxury retail, or other solution-based sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing service packages and closing transactions at meaningful dollar amounts
- Professional, polished, and confident in face-to-face client interactions
- Organized and detail-oriented with accurate documentation habits
- Coachable, dependable, and performance-driven
- Experience in aesthetics, wellness, medical spa, cosmetic, dental, fitness, or hospitality sales is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Base Pay: $3,000 per month guaranteed plus handsome commission
- Commission: Performance-based commission in addition to base pay
- Estimated Total Compensation: $80,000 – $140,000+ per year for strong performers
Schedule
- 4 days per week
- Sunday required
- 3 additional weekdays between Monday and Friday
- Typical hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Training
- Paid initial training
- In-person physical training at one of our Florida locations. Live consultations, hands-on practice, direct coaching from senior team members.
- Deployed to your designated location based on business need. Your team is with you. Your training does not stop after week 2.
