Radiant Autism Center is a growing ABA provider dedicated to helping children with autism thrive in a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment. Since launching in 2020, Radiant has built a reputation for strong clinical care, positive culture, and meaningful support for families.

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team serving families throughout Denton County and surrounding North Texas communities.

Position Details

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Locations: Denton, TX; Little Elm, TX; Aubrey, TX; Sherman, TX
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (No weekends)
Salary: $87,000 – $95,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial assessments, re-evaluations, and write comprehensive clinical reports
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
• Manage a caseload while monitoring progress through ongoing data analysis
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA students
• Provide parent training and guidance to support skill generalization
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintain documentation, billing, and credentialing requirements in accordance with clinical standards

What You Need

Required

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Licensed in Texas or eligible for Texas licensure

Preferred

• Experience in clinical, school-based, or in-home ABA settings
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with RBT teams
• Passion for working with children with autism and supporting families
