Schedule: Chelmsford, MA 01824 – Monday through Friday 4p-8p
Services provided in client's home.

The Role

We are seeking caring, patient, and motivated individuals to work directly with children as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support, implement behavioral programs under clinical supervision, and build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct support to children with behavioral, social, and emotional needs in home and community settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs developed by our clinical team (training provided)
  • Collect data and communicate observations to supervising clinicians and BCBAs
  • Support development of independence, communication, and life skills
  • Collaborate with families and team members to promote consistency and progress

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (we do not sponsor or transfer work visas)
  • Must pass a criminal background check and other required screenings
  • Ability to work in environments with children with developmental needs, including autism
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move quickly as needed during sessions
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs when necessary
  • Comfortable working in home, school, and community settings
  • Reliable transportation required to travel to client locations
  • Must have availability during afternoon/evening hours (after school hours)
  • Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
