We are hiring Behavior Technicians to support families throughout Orange County, with a strong priority in South Orange County and Central Orange County.
Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour based on experience and certification
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Schedule: Monday–Friday - Daytime and Evening shifts available!
Primary Service Model: In-home ABA therapy
Client Ages: 15 months – 12 years

What is a Behavior Technician?
As a Behavior Technician (also known as a RBT or Registered Behavior Technician), you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and developmental differences, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the home setting. Under clinical supervision, you’ll help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families through consistent, ethical, and compassionate care.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
- Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Assist with assessment procedures as directed by supervising clinicians
- Accurately collect and document session data
- Attend scheduled sessions, supervision, and training
- Maintain professional, ethical interactions with clients, families, and staff
Behavior Technician Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- RBT certification OR enrollment in an RBT training program
- Ideally 6 months of experience working in ABA or in a child care setting
- Prior experience working with children with autism (strong plus)
- Knowledge of ABA procedures (strong plus)
- Spanish and/or Vietnamese speaking ability (strong plus)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass Live Scan (background check)
Full-Time & Part-Time Details
- Full-Time:
- 30-40 hours per week available
- Drive time included
- Eligible for full benefits
- Part-Time:
- 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling within afternoon/evening availability
