Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - IDD - California

CareStaff Partners seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a Travel or Local contract position at an Adult Group Home in California.

Hours Per Week: up to 40, no GTD
Required License/Certs: BCBA License

Pay Package: $50-55 per hour, based on experience.

Job Duties and Role Responsibilities:
BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to
staff on an ongoing basis.
They conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings to develop the behavior support plan.
BCBAs work within a multidisciplinary setting.
