Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time)

Arch Orthopedic & Spine – Athens / Watkinsville, GA

Arch Orthopedic & Spine is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is central to our clinic and ensures every patient feels welcomed, supported, and well cared for while also keeping critical front-end operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a warm, professional, and attentive experience for every patient
• Serve as the primary point of contact, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments accurately while considering provider flow and patient needs
• Verify insurance and ensure all required information is obtained prior to visits
• Manage incoming referrals and coordinate scheduling in a timely manner
• Sort, review, and appropriately handle incoming faxes and documents
• Enter new patient information and maintain accurate records in the EMR
• Respond to patient calls, voicemails, and messages promptly
• Support overall clinic flow by communicating effectively with providers and clinical staff

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
• Consistent in-office presence required
