About the Role:
Join Ct Aba Services as a Hybrid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Engage in community outreach and education to raise awareness of ABA services.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification and state licensure in Connecticut.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy and program development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Experience with data analysis and behavior tracking software.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.
