Are you an LICSW ready to transition into clinical leadership? We will train you. This Lead Clinical Supervisor role provides immediate stability with a guaranteed base salary plus substantial bonus potential. You will enjoy a straight Monday through Friday schedule working entirely in-person within our gorgeous, fully updated, state-of-the-art clinic setting. This position is your direct gateway to building management skills and accelerating your trajectory into senior administrative and regional leadership roles within our network.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing (A Rewarding Mix of Clients and Mentorship)
As our Lead Clinical Supervisor, you will act as a vital leader on the clinic floor, directly supporting the site’s senior leadership.
I. Clinical & Mentorship Balance
- A Manageable Mix: Your weekly schedule is highly structured. You will maintain a reduced, balanced mix of direct client care while dedicating protected, ample time each week to formal licensure supervision and peer mentorship.
- Guidance & Growth: Provide clinical supervision to a small, dedicated team of staff. We provide all the leadership training necessary for you to help them refine their clinical skills and achieve their professional milestones.
- Quality Assurance: Review clinical records and documentation, ensuring the highest quality of care, adherence to professional standards, and strict compliance with ethical guidelines.
II. Clinic Operations & Team Support
- The Go-To Leader: Serve as the primary on-site resource for daily clinical and operational questions. You will troubleshoot in real-time to ensure a seamless workflow for your colleagues.
- Operational Assistance: Support the management of clinician caseloads, intake routing, referrals, and waitlist management.
- Cultivate Morale: Partner with clinical leadership to foster a highly supportive work environment, actively working to mitigate stress and burnout among all providers (therapists, nurse practitioners, and psychiatric doctors).
- Leadership Support: Drive clinician onboarding, facilitate ongoing training sessions, and provide clinical backing during non-emergency client crises.
✅ Compensation, Stability & Growth
- Guaranteed Stability: Competitive Base Salary.
- Total Rewards: Generous performance bonus potential paired with comprehensive healthcare benefits and a 401(k) with company match.
- Clear Upward Mobility: We are a rapidly growing organization. This role is explicitly designed as a launchpad for advancement into Clinical Director and regional administrative leadership positions.
- Commuter Advantage: The Orleans clinic offers an outstanding setting with a highly manageable, scenic commute from larger Mid-Cape areas utilizing Route 6.
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
- A definitive passion for clinical mentorship and a clear ambition to ascend into higher administrative leadership.
