Client Care Specialist - Overnight

Veterinary Specialty Hospital (VSH) is looking for a full-time Client Care Representative to join our Client Care Specialist (CCS) team. This is an overnight position. Shift hours are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Saturday, 8:00 pm - 6:30 am.

About the Job: As a client care representative your duties will include:

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding Veterinary Specialty Hospital services and practices 
• Process emergency check-ins promptly and efficiently, schedule and check-in regular appointments and tend to all client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times.
• Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow up appointments as necessary
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with Veterinary Specialty Hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, submitting pet insurance for example
• Answer multiple phone lines in a prompt and professional manner, direct calls, fax and scan
• Update clients of wait times and delays.
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby and exam rooms

About You:

• One year of customer service experience. Veterinary practice, specialty/emergency preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required
• Detail oriented with good organizational, communication and time management skills
