Cab Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cab Technician to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in cabinetry finishing, painting, and woodworking, who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Finish and refinish cabinetry to high-quality standards
• Perform spray painting on cabinets and related materials
• Execute woodworking tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
• Operate and maintain shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in cabinetry finishing/refinishing
• Proficiency in spray painting techniques
• Strong woodworking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfort using basic math and measuring tools
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Strong teamwork skills
• Commitment to following safety, quality, and company policies

Knowledge & Skills (Preferred)

Equipment Experience:

• Table saw
• Wall saw
• Chop saw
• Jig saw
• Variety of hand tools

Qualifications:

• Ability to read measurements and follow specifications
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
