Pay: $38–$40/hour (contract) | $66,300–$72,000 annually upon permanent conversion
Schedule: Full-Time
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (eligible for permanent hire after 900 hours)

Position Overview

A community-based organization is seeking a Team Supervisor (MSW) to lead a Homeless Outreach Team focused on engaging unsheltered individuals and supporting housing placement efforts. This role requires a strong clinical leader who can supervise staff, manage complex cases, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support outreach staff, providing clinical guidance and oversight
• Monitor caseloads, documentation, and overall team performance
• Assist with crisis situations, client engagement, and service planning
• Maintain a small caseload while overseeing team operations
• Collaborate with external partners and participate in program meetings
• Conduct field outreach and support team during community-based initiatives

Qualifications

• MSW required
• Ability to obtain 9.58 designation
• Experience with homelessness, mental health, and/or substance use
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no suspensions within the last 3 years)
• Ability to learn systems such as StreetSmart, MOCAPP, and CARES
