Clinical Supervisor — Brighton, MA (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Brighton to support the growth of pre-licensed clinicians while delivering high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 15–20 billable client care units weekly
• Deliver 10–12 hours of individual and group supervision
• Review and approve supervisee documentation
• Maintain supervision agreements and records
• Support onboarding and clinician development
• Participate in hiring and interview processes as needed
• Provide performance feedback and clinical guidance
• Assist with intake, referral, and crisis needs

Requirements

• Independent MA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.)
• 3+ years post-licensure experience
• Clinical supervision experience preferred
• Master’s degree or higher in mental health field

Compensation Model

This role operates on a billable unit compensation model (not salaried and not fee-for-service).

$51.00 – $62.00 per billable unit based on experience, populations served, and certifications.

Additional supervision differentials:

• $20 per hour per Master’s-level supervisee
• $25 per hour per intern supervisee

Top blended earning potential up to approximately $87 per hour depending on supervision volume.
